Rental

Costume prices 

• Prices generally range from $20-$75 to rent for the length of time needed.
• Larger elaborate costumes are more costly and there are additional costs for added accessories such as wigs, coats, crinolines, etc.

Alterations to costumes

• The staff of Opening Night Costumes does costume alterations when possible.  Costumes are altered to fit the wearer if a fitting appointment is made in advance. If a fitting appointment is not possible, we will ask for specific measurments,  and  will do our best to provide the right size based on the measurements given to us.  If only generic measurements such as S, M, L, XL are provided we cannot guarantee the fit.  
• However, if needed, hand sewn tucks and hems can be made and removed by the customer before the costume is returned. 
• No tape or safety pins are to be used to alter costumes as these damage the fabric.
• There is no charge for minor alterations done by the staff of Opening Night Costumes.  If a large alteration is needed additional fees may be added. 

Cleaning costumes

• The cleaning of rental costumes is done by the staff of Opening Night Costumes when the costumes are returned. 
• When you pick up your rental costume, you can be assured that the costume is cleaned and ready for your use.

Costume pickup

• Costumes are to be picked up by appointment at the shop in Washington, PA.

Costume return

• All costumes are to be returned to the shop unless other arrangements are made.
