Our Costumes for purchase are mainly historical clothes made for Reenactors & Docents. We specialize in 18th century and 19th century clothing. if what you need is not in stock, we can make it for you generally within a few weeks.
We do not sell Halloween costumes and accessories, nor do we sell character costumes. We do have some for rent....see our rental page.
Our reenactment costumes are authentic.
We use historical patterns drafted from historically accurate clothing.
However, we make the patterns fit the modern body and therefore the clothing is comfortable and functional.
We primarily use cottons, linens, canvas in solids and prints.
We do stitch them by machine and all the seams are serged
to prevent fraying. We use hand crafted pewter buttons.
